Team Reflective Spaces & Supervision
Sustaining Compassion and Building Resilience in Complex Work
The Need for Reflective Spaces Working in complex services is deeply rewarding, but it also asks a lot of us emotionally. When we are constantly holding risk, managing crises, and supporting others through distress, it is easy to become depleted. Without a dedicated space to process this work, teams risk burnout, vicarious trauma, and emotional fatigue.
We provide independent, expertly facilitated spaces where teams can pause, step out of "doing" mode, and move into "thinking and feeling" mode. These sessions are not about performance management or ticking a box; they are about fostering psychological safety, unpacking the emotional impact of the role, and ensuring that no one is holding the weight of the work alone.
Our Interventions & Support Our services are bespoke and tailored to the needs of your team, some of the services we offer include:
Reflective Practice Groups A regular, confidential group space for teams to step back from their day-to-day tasks. We facilitate thoughtful exploration of team dynamics, challenging client relationships, and the emotional impact and resonance of the work.
Post-Incident Debriefing Following a critical, challenging, or distressing incident, teams need timely and specialised support to process the event together, help regulate the nervous system, and mitigate long-term trauma responses.
Clinical & Professional Supervision One-to-one or small group supervision that goes beyond standard line management. Enabling practitioners to discuss complex caseloads, navigate ethical dilemmas, and focus on their wellbeing and professional growth.
Case Consultation & Formulation Deep-dive sessions focused on understanding a specific situation or dynamic your team is supporting. We help you apply psychological and trauma-informed lenses to "stuck" or complex situations, relating to individual casework, teams, organisations or wider systems, generating fresh perspectives, shared understanding, and empathetic action plans.
